We believe that real change comes from the grassroots level and that the most effective way to create a positive impact is through empowering individuals and communities. To that end, we have built an infrastructure that is designed to help independent communities and their leaders to grow with us while remaining independent. Our commitment to collaboration and innovation underpins all of our projects and initiatives, and we are excited to continue driving positive change and empowering individuals and communities around the world.

The UPG roadmap outlines a three-phase plan for the platform’s development and growth, each phase building on the previous one. Here is a breakdown of each phase:

The first phase of the UPG roadmap was focused on platform development. Our goal was to build the core features of the UPG.Social platform, a social learning, and marketplace platform and establish connections to Unified City virtual spaces. During this phase, the platform was launched, and its features were made available to the public in its most basic format. During this stage, we partnered with Duckdown Entertainment where creative independence and business has thrived for over 30 years. In the video below you’ll see some familiar faces who have been supporting us since this stage in our roadmap.

Some of these supporters have virtual spaces, so we encourage our members to visit the spaces in the city, particularly the mall spaces and city center building, and to be on the lookout for a claim 100 Bucks token in the form of a spinning coin, as a reward for checking out the spaces and helping build activity.

2022-2023

The second phase of the UPG roadmap is focused on community building. One of our flagship projects is Future You, which is a comprehensive personal and professional development program that empowers individuals to unleash their full potential. Through a combination of online courses, coaching, and community support, Future You provides the tools and resources people need to achieve their personal and professional goals, particularly in a technology and information driven world.

During this phase, we will also build out the UPG Rewards program, where users can earn rewards for contributing to the platform’s growth and development. We will also establish our UPG Advisory Board, which will be comprised of leading experts in various fields, including blockchain technology, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

In addition, we are building a digital asset platform on the Stacks Blockchain and Ethereum, as well as a traditional e-commerce platform. Our focus is on providing a “done for you” setup, pre-built templates, and configurators to make monetization easier and quicker. We aim to onboard people into a new world of technology, contracts, and ownership.

As we continue to grow, we plan to turn the upg.social platform into a mobile app, with the first stages of Unreal Engine activated for Unified City development. This will help to create a more immersive and interactive experience for our community.

During this phase, we will also expand our UPG Partner Program, which provides opportunities for traditional business consultants and accountants to participate in innovative business projects and property development.

2023

The third and final phase of the UPG roadmap is focused on integrating the platform into the “Spatial Web” and the HSTP & HSML protocols. This will allow us to connect our virtual spaces with real-world spaces and experiences in Virtual or Augmented Reality and Holographic technology. Our founders’ background in property marketing and sales, combined with the diverse range of Artificial intelligence generated content, blended with human content providers, and skilled workers available to consult or work on projects, positions us well for this phase.

We aim to create a world where individuals and communities can develop and incubate creative and business projects in a decentralized and transparent way. During this phase, we aim to develop shared ownership models for creative and business projects using smart contracts and a hybrid model for decentralised organization with traditional equity table. We also plan to launch a series of innovative business projects and property developments, introducing our members to the concept of smart property and spatial ownership.

Additionally, the platform will create a partner program to provide new opportunities for traditional business consultants and accountants, highlighting how the platform can assist with innovative business projects and property development. Educating on the importance of smart property and spatial ownership and how these concepts can be leveraged for their creative and business projects.

We believe that this final phase will be critical to the long-term success of the platform and our mission of creating a sustainable and equitable world. By enabling individuals and communities to develop and incubate their own projects in a decentralized and transparent way, we are confident that we can empower them to create real, lasting change in their own lives and communities.
